Step 2:get a AK47 packed

Step 3:grab a jet pack(or just cheat L1,L2,R1,R2,U,D,L,RL1,L2,R1,R2,U,D,L,R)

Step 4:get moving!!

There are two ways to reach Liberty city in the game.1 start a mission at zeros RC shop after starting fly west till you hit water then when the time runs out it should pop back to CJ you'll be falling into the darkness(Make sure you have full health or a nother jet pack the fall can kill you)welcome to a part of Liberty city and yes it dose look a lot like the garage but trust me it isnt only 3-4 people walk the streets.2 go to your safe house in Prickely pine(Las ventruas)when you get there turn on the max jump cheat and walk inside as soon as you apper go right and face the wall then jump you should apper in the darkness walk forward a few feet you shold fall then you should apper in what seems to be (Saint Mark Bistro).Yahoo!! welcome to either part 1 or 2 of Liberty city.One great snapshot is in the 1 place I menchoned that snap shot is the LCFD the one with flags haging on it.

the island glitch where you fly south for 30 min is a fake, so is the naked cheat, so is the infinate health cheat, but there is a way to get to liberty city.
