Pull a massive wheelie: Decrease spring rate to smallest possible value on both front and rear.
Decrease ride height to smallest possible value on both front and rear.
Set gear ratio's auto setting to highest possible level.
Set gear ratio's final gear to about 3.000
Decrease front downforce to the lowest and increase rear downforce to the highest possible value.
Set the ASM and TCS to level 0

Then go to the swiss alps track in run&settings and when you get to the long straight away youll hit the last jump and youll wheelie for the rest of the lenght till the corner.

look guys you dont have to cheat the only thing you might have to cheat for is the super licence but other than that ill tell you wat i did i got all the other licence without cheating its not goona be easy at first but bronze gets u a licence so u dont have to get gold then you go and race the first car you should buy is the subaru imprreza 22b sti version it takes the best upgrade(563hp/6600rpm) for begining (none of the other rally cars are faster than that i garantee it i won them all not even the other subaru rally cars so you dont need to buy a rally car just the tyres) then you continue running races on the open speedway to make moey to upgrade urself then take the impreza and do the rally races its better than all the other rally cars well i think so its faster than them for shure when you upgrade it when you finish those you woul have won a bunch of rally cars and then at the end you will win the susuki escudo pikes peak version that can be upgraded to 1755hp/8000rpm but it cost some money so you would have to run some more laps the as they said go for the endurance race and run the speedway and win the f090/shas 711hp/13000rpmand is the best car in the whole game makes the races so easy but u cant use it in every race as u already know but ulll figure out the rest.

To get golds in international C and international B licences you can buy a cheat cd like xploder, I tried this cd but it didnt give me anything for the international A, rally, or special licences, bogus! anyway you will just have to do them the old fashioned way! or you can find the codes off the net (which i had trouble with) For the last stage in the special licence, select manual transmission, if you stay in third gear round the corners your car will not spin and it will be easier to control...trust me it works..good luck!!!!!!

Unlock Every Car And City

To unlock every car and city on the main screen press and hold all action buttons and down.

Show Me The Money

First of all you need two PS2 memory cards. Plug both cards in and start a championship on

each card. Then copy one of your saved games from one card to the other. Now you have those

two cars and a trunk load of cash!
Loads Of Money

While in sim mode menu press and hold on to R2, while pressing R2 press:

Triangle, Square, Up, Down, Up, Left, Right.

Extra HP

Before you drive a car for the first time, if you change the oil your HP will increase

around 10HP

Note: This varies for every car.

Good Starting Car

A great begining car is the Sprinter GT Tureno. It's cheap and you can sup it up really easy

and fast

Tip: Finding Max Speed

On the Test Course you are given ~3/4 of a lap to accelerate to the maximum speed of the

car, which I found was sometimes not enough of a distance. This can be avoided by simply

driving in the opposite directon, making all the turns right hander's.

Winning The Right Cars

When you're racing a championship, save the game after the penultimate race (making sure

that you already have enough points to secure victory). Then skip the final race, when the

car selection screen pops up, wait for all four shadows to show up. Now you will have

approximately 2 seconds to enter a direction (Up, Down, Left or Right); this won't

necessarily give you the car on that direction, but will certainly influence which car you

recieve eliminating the annoying random selection sequence..Mind though; it's trial and

error, so you'll probably have to reload a couple of times!

Unlock F687/s

To use this code you must have the Mazda 787B fully tuned or the Tommy Kaira ZZ 2 fully

tuned.

Buy super slick tires for either of the cars mentioned. Go the endurance events in

simulation mode. Enter the Seattle 100M, Do not pit once!! Your prize car will be the

Fourmula 1 F687/s.

Quick Start Strategy

This is more like a strategy, but ive already beat the game and ive only had it a month and

a half. First, go but a Toyota Sprinter Trueno. This thing is slow, and ugly, but just trust

me it will do. Enter the sunday cup series and play through a couple times. Now, when you

have 2000 dollars, go buy a new racing chip (or a turbo kit for around 3000 bucks). Now go

blow away your competition and when you beat the sunday cup series, youll win another

Trueno. Sell this IMMEDIATELY! Win as many races as you can in beginner league, selling each

car you win. When you have about 35000 dollars, go buy a nice Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution

and spend every dollar you make supping the thing up. Now go and complete the beginner

league (your prize car is a lancer evo 5 and 20,000) and get your lancer to around 5 or 600

hp, go enter the super speedway endurance race. DO NOT PIT! You will not need to no matter

how bad you tires look. You'll win one of 4 cars (one of which is an F1 car) and they are

all worth a good amount of money. This 250 000 plus the 200 000 you won in the race gives

you about half a million bucks. Now keep racing and when you get a million dollars go and

buy a suzuki escudo pikes peak version. Then go buy a level 4 turbo kit. This will give you

about 2000 hp. Enter every thing this car qualifies for and youll have well over 5 million

dollars and lots of cars.

Tip: Pull A Wheelie

Win the Rally series to get a Escudo Pikes Peak or buy the Corvette C5R.Buy the Higest NA

tune stage or turbo. Go to test track on run and settings. set the springrate and ride hight

to the lowest level, change the auto gear ratio to the higest level then the last gear to

about 3.000. then change the front downforce to the lowest level and the rear down force to

the highest. last, change the TCM and ACM to the lowest level. Go to the test track and When

you you reach 250mph your car will start taking off.

Increase Max Speed

I havent tried this out yet but I have heard that if u get the V8 Vantage and test drive it

for its maximum speed, each time you test its speed its max Horse Power goes up 1 point.
