Have two characters escape from battle and have the third person defend until they learn the overdrive mode Loner. Teach that person Bribe. Bribe a Mech Leader with about 50,000 gil and he will run away. He will leave 1 or 2 Door to Tommarow. When you have 10 of these items customize a weapon with Overdrive>Ap. set that person with the loner overdrive in a battle with the other two allies escaped and just wait. eventually you will have 99 sphere grid levels.
