How to get the legendary BROLY

Go to Goku's Dragon Universe then in Super Buu saga go to the mountains and behind the red dot in the mountains and you will find Kibitoshin. He will tell you that he senses a powerfull energy more then Buu and Goku will say that he will take care. After that go and fight Super Buu. Finish him with Vegito and in his inside then go behind the red dot and you will see Kibitoshin again and you will tell him that I sense it and then go to the red dot and fight THE LEGENDARY BROLY!!

HOW TO GET BROLY

You have to beat Gokus DU at least one time

Now first go to where he tries to fuse with gohan before fighting Super Buu. Then go to the desert/mountains and speak to kiditoshin south west of the next marker.After you fight Super Buu inside himselfe Goku will sense an evil stronger energy. then go to the next marker and it should be Broly beat him and you unlock his capsule.

Here is how you get Broly. In fact, you can unlock a few more things if you follow this.

GO to Dragon Universe with Goku and make sure it is the 2nd time or more of playing it. Now, instead of fighting Kid Buu, look around the area and find Broly. Defeat him and you will get him. Afterwards, you will get an invitation from Gotenks to fight them at the World Tournament. DO NOT GO THERE YET!!! Instead, go to West City first and talk to Bulma. DO NOT stop anywhere else until you have talked to her. Now, before you go to the World tournament, you'll see some islands to the right of it. search these islands for the Gogeta capsule. Now go to the World tournament. Defeat Gotenks to receive the capsule. Congratulations!!! You have just unlocked Broly, Gogeta, Omega Shenron, and possible Gotenks!!!!!!!!
