To unlock Omega Shenron first you have to have been in the Dragon Universe(the story mode)once or more times with Goku then when you get to the part when you face Kid Buu with Goku first you get invited to fight Gotenks instead of fighting Kid Buu you look on the map and if you see another red dot go to the bottom of the screen near the world tournament if there is a dot somewhere near it go to it and then you get super saiyan then another dot will appear I think go to that dot and you get an invitation from gotenks then well first get to these part and you might figue it out
