ok this works only on items you can grab and push (mostly want a dumpster) when you grab the dumpster start walking backwards with it, you will notice that you push then shove a little in a constant pattern. Ok put the X icon on push when you grab the dumpster now that motion we were talking about with the push then shove ok start walking backwards when you do the shove motion press push while still walking backwards then staop when you see yourself in the dumpster now you will be able to carry it with you while still in it. you cant shoot through it but it is great cover that you can move around and see through scince the enemies mainly shoot at your torso.
