At charactor select screen highlight Zero hold R1 and press right six times. Release R1 and hold circle then press x

To get the jet shoes w/o a cheat look on the jungle level. They will be 1/2 way down the second waterfall to the right. you will have to jump to get over the ledge.
To get infinit ammo complete the third stage of the cyber space level with an s. There is a trick to it. You never have to use your buster. If you can do that and not get stuck in one of those weird globe things you'll make it. You can boost under those bots that appear as you go.
