Fight Ripper Roo like normal and when you get your chance to attack jump in his head. Stay there and crash should still be bouncing on him. When Ripper Roo gets up and jumps, you will keep bouncing on his head (even when he is in the air) and be launched off screen!

how do i break all the boxes in level 1? i can get all but 2 and the 2 i can't get i need to get to the other platforms by the birds in the "sublevel". Also, how do i get the blue gem, i know it's by not breaking any boxes, but how is that possible with the wall of boxes you have to go through. Can someone please help me

The code is for Crash Bandicoot 1 not for crash 2.

RED GEM
in air crash (7) when you get to the first surfboard, instead of jumping onto it, jump onto the boxes to the small platform on the right hand side. go into the snow-go area, and follow it along to get the red gem.
BLUE GEM
go through turtle woods (1) without breaking a single box.
YELLOW GEM
in plant food (11) break the first checkpoint to get the timer. go into the bonus and fall straight off the edge. that way, you get extra time to get to the end and pick up the yellow gem
GREEN GEM
in eel deal (10) when you come to the split in the tunnel go right into a room full of nitros. negotiate your way to the other end and jump through the wall at the end. follow the course to the end, get the gem and die. then, get the single box in the nitro room and go back and left to get all both gems and the crystal.
PURPLE GEM
in bee-having (20) follow the path till you get to a staircase made from nitro boxes. jump up them, and follow the course to the purple gem at the end.

To get the red gem, go into Air Crash. When you reach the part where you're meant to step onto the small motor, into the water, DON'T. stand on the deck, and jump on the boxes, onto the floorpiece in the water. You will be warped to a secret warp room. Then go into Snow Go and complete the level to obtain the red gem.

To get the green gem in Eel Deal, keep going until you reach the FIRST point where there are two tunnels. Go through the tunnel without the trail of apples- where you will find a whole lot of nitros and one box. Get the box and step through the nitros until you reach of the room. You will find that you can go through the wall which will lead to a secret level.

The super password is 4 Crash Bandicoot 1, you go to the password screen at the main menu and type the super password which gives u 100% completion: all gems,keys,etc.
