Based on the PC original, Star Trek Voyager: Elite Force casts the player as a member of the Hazard Team, an elite emergency response unit that must regain control of the Voyager after a band of alien marauders has taken over. It includes voice talent from the TV series, utilizes real set layouts in its detailed environments, and offers a rogue's gallery of alien species, including the Borg, Scavengers, and Hirogen. The game offers both single-player and team missions.
