Simply press the "Shift" and "=" ("+") key on your keyboard to gain more
money and access to landmarks. Note that you can continue to hold it down for
some really obscene amounts of money.
I doubt the cheats with the CTRL + ALT + SHIFT work because they are CASE SENSITIVE. SHIFT RUINS IT!!!
