Open the Sand Warriors CONFIG.INI file in a text editor. 
Assign the following variables a value of 999.

Rekhmire=999 Delta=999 VIZIER=999 Scarab=999 Palermo=999 POLERMO=999 Harakhy=999 Sirius=999 Orion=999 PORPHYR=999 

Save the file and close editor. 
Run the game.
