Fire up Notepad and open up the outcast.ini from the /oc directory off of 
the main Outcast directory change the following :

NOTE: Always make a backup of the file before editing.

You can edit the outcast.ini in the lower sections so that you can 
purchase most items very cheap:

Just below you can edit the amount of resources you need to create ammo:

For God mode, find the entry "herodamage". Give it the value of 0 
(default is 1).

Wanna get though locked doors and you have no key?
Simply stand as close to the door as you can and drop an F-LINK 
(that's the teleporter device) and then teleport, because of a 
bug you will be on the other side!
