To cheat, hold SHIFT + type W A G D during the game and one of the 
following:

F = Fight
1 = 2 minute penalty against other team
2 = 4 minute penalty against other team
4 = 5 minute penalty againtst other eam
5 = Penalty shot against other team
I = Player gets injured
H = Goal for home team
V = Goal for visiting team
P = End of period
G = End of game
O = Overtime
T = Makes players tiny (press alot)
SHIFT + T = Players grow (press alot)




Secret EA Sports Teams


In order to get the two secret teams in NHL '97 you must do the 
following:
Go into the credits screen When the picture of all of the Programmers 
appear, type "pioneer". Let the credits finish and then play in an exhibition 
game. Scroll down to the bottom of the list of teams in the team select screen 
and EA Sports 1 and EA Sports 2 will now appear
