 If you have trouble qualifying try this: 
Start two player game and enter player one's name as 'IN A BIG COUNTRY' 
and player two's name as 'FIELDS OF FIRE'. Now you can qualify even if 
you don'tfinnish in the top ten. You can also try: Player one name 
'MONSTER'Player two name 'SEVENTEEN'Which should put you in a bonus game.
