Cheat Codes

Write these codes in any of the menus, preferably in the ones where 
you choose cars or levels.
svinpole = lowers camera angle
skunk = car bodies disappear, only tires are shown
filmjolk = the screen goes wacko
slasktratt = all cars
surmule = all levels
