Click "About". Now you'll se a picture of Bug.
 
Keep SHIFT pressed down and click on the center of his right eye.
A new dialogbox will appear, click on it and write BABYSEALS and 
click on WOW! or YIKES! but NOT on OK. From now on, there is a new menu 
to the right of the help menu. It will be invisible, but click there and 
it should appear.
In that menu, the following cheats is available:
duck + up arrow = jump one level forward
duck + down arrow = jump one level backwards
flying bug = press y to fly
invincibility = you can't die
hitpoints = unlimited hitpoints
