hi my toons name is Fireball Jeepertoon im new i have had a lot of toontown profiles but thats not important heres a not-so-cool glitch
1.go to ur estate
2.go fishing (dont catch a fish YET)
3.exit fishing mode
4.go in the water but DONT TURN cuz if u do it wont work
5.back up and go fishing u should be walking if it dosent work keep trying youll never learn if u quit

OK well i have some silly toontown jokes cause me and my friends who are obbessed were bored...

there about if you play too much toontown btw.

1)You know your playing too much toontown when, you get cut on the playground and yell, "Where are the icecream cones?!"

2)You know your playing too much toontown when, you go to the store to buy pies and you try to pay with jellybeans.

Ok my last mind control was for toons correct?

did you try it out?

did you use it?

Well guess what now ive spent time looking up one for COGS yes this one will infact work for cogs!

Here is how to do it

1.must have level 6 lure
2.well first go up to a cog (any level)
3.then use the lure
4.when you use the lure (right when your arms are out say "your kind will be under my control") wait till later
5.throw/squirt/do anything to destroy the cog
6.when it is blowing up right when the gears start to fly out go "ha ha ha your kind is now under my control"
7.after go to a toon building go in it and go up to the person (must have a full toontask thing)
8.now it will say hi your name
9.exit the building:)
10.now it is time to control cogs go to your sticker book and open it
11.go to your cog gallery
12.now do you see whatever cog you defeated on the gallery?
13.you can say a lot of things "i summon a cog that is level (enter what level you want)") "i summon a invasion of you" "i summon a cog building full of you" "i summon enter number here to be destoryed"
14.now once you say your phrase (It only works for the ones above) click the cog you just defeated!
15.A thing should appear (a bubble) that says "yes" NOW CLOSE YOUR STICKER BOOK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
16.you will see whatever cog appear and do what you say:)
17.THIS CAN WORK FOR ALL COGS BUT IT MAY BE HARD TO DO FOR MORE ADVANCED COGS LIKE THE robber barron,loan shark,big cheese,corparate raider,all the big cogs and the ones behind them
18.ONLY DEFEAT THAT 1 COG
19.YOU HAVE TO BE ON A STREET FOR THIS TO WORK
20.NO OTHER TOONS CAN BE IN THE BATTLE OR IT WONT WORK
21.I bet your wondering what happens if you dont close the sticker book after summoning the cog so ill tell you you get stuck in your book

Hey 'Gamemaster'. I think they think glitches are 'cheats'. (Like using a "godcode" or typing codes under a "#" function key.

I have to admit, I wonder how a '20-24 Laff' toon has the highest levels of squirt, throw, lure and drop. Are they doing serious play, or cheating? If they're cheating, it proves they're too lazy or too lame to actually earn something.

The problem is, if you don't earn something, you don't gain the (user) experience. I'm pretty tired of '40 Laff' Mr. Hollywood-disguised toons getting on the VP elevator. All you do is suck up our resources and scream 'I need a toon up.' Tough. I let you die. Why should I use up all my powerful gags just to pull your butt out of the fire, when you sit on your butt an rely on us bailing you out just so YOU can advance your cog disguise level? If your toon can't take the heat (the amount of damage the average higher level cog does) then stay out of the kitchen (stop getting on the elevator!)

3. Make sure they have no merits/cogbucks/Jury Notices.
4. Have them walk up to the elevator.
5. It will say that they need a promotion.
Then teleport to them.
