BUY EXPENCIVE HOUSES-To buy a house with little money you have to move in to a cheap house first then get the money you need to buy the expencive one then go to the neighborhood view and click bulldose on the house you are in it will say do you want to evict the familly say yes and then go to the place where you pick new families and your old familly you evicted will be there then move them in to the expencive house.

HANGING LIGHTS- you cannot click on hanging lights because you do not have roof try making a second story too and then you will be able to get hanging lights

TRAGIC CLOWN- I have no idea why you want him but to get him put up a picture of the clown and get in a really bad mood and he will come. To get him to leave you have to call the clown catchers for 500$ or just delete him with the move_objects on code.
