a silverlight (optional)
your weapons and armour
strength pots (optional)

for easy levels and money go to kajamaja and fish swordies or tuna, cook em and head east to the volcanoe, go down the ladder and walk past the skelletons and spiders, you should see the lessers demons,
a good training spot and they can drop rune chain! a good way to make money and gain levels.
(make sure you make the first strike with your silverlight it weakens the demon a great deal)
