Well, this is not a cheat code but this tip is sure to help you.
So here it is :
Open the folder where you have installed the game. There will be a folder named 'Players'.
Open it and delete 'player0.sav'. Refresh the window and open midtown madness. All cars will be unlocked.
The cheat master
start a cruise race and then press d then w then you can see theshdow but not the car .
