In the Paris Prelude level, on your first shot, shoot the horn in the center of the steering wheel of Dominique's car. Then complete the level. Then, go to Secret Unlocks on the codename screen and type in PORSCHEP7. You will be able to play as Dominique's car in multiplayer.
