I am playing the morag tong quests and i can not find this place called yasmida i am not sure how it is spelled i have a to find this person who has this ring so i can give it to the elder.

Is there anyone who can possibly help me. I am playing Morrowind, Elder scrolls 3 on my PC, when attempting to use cheat codes I was told to use ~ button to bring up console window, so you can type cheat codes, Any time I press that button ~ , nothing happens. Is there anyone that might know what I am doing wrong or an alternate mode to enter cheats.

Cheat Codes/Unlockables

these are a couple of questions. (1) coe...I've been able to figure out several destinations but is there a way to get exact coordinates? (2) coc...How do you get and/or enter a cell ID? If I right click then put the cursor on an object (say a carpet) I get what looks like an ID, but when I enter that after "player->coc" nothing happens. Can you help me??
