None of the cheats for American Conquest work

These cheat codes are not working....can you tell me do I need to activate anyhitng other than pressing the enter key and then typing the cheat codes??
To use these cheats, first press [Enter] then enter the word for the cheat provided. All are CaSe SeNsItIvE. After you type the cheat, press [Enter] again. If done correctly they should work. These work in the demo and full versions of the game.
babki - 50,000 of all resources.
qwe - Press [P] to access all units.
SUPERVISOR - Reveals whole map/removes fog of war.
