When fighting a boss and you need to use a certain move you don't have to be that character because they automaticly learn it.

When fighting Neji in the B-ranked mission just use the character you are best with and give them Sakura's(girl with pink hair)healing ability. as soon as u use a special attack get away from Neji and he will most likly use a S.A. as soon as u finish. Also, u can use the big center crates and they usually give health.
