I am trying to unlock all cars on the Nintendo DS Cars Game. It says from the title screen to press UP, UP, DOWN, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT, LEFT, RIGHT, B,A,B.
My question is "what is the title screen"? It doesn't seem to be the start screen because I tried it there and it does not work.

Unlock all cars:
At the title screen, press Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, B, A, B.
Unlock secret music track:
At the Press Start Screen, press Up, Down, Up, Down, A, B, X, Y.

ALso have same problem.. the cheat doesn't seem to work from title screen/ or press start.... any solution?
