Splicer Island Plans: Go to the dumpster in Urbania (Check both, the one beside the club Xizzle or the University). It is random, as I played the game two times and it was in a different spot. Search around it to find the Plans. It’s a blue print. You may have come across this near the beginning of the game
so if you can't find it, check your pocket.

The "Helpers" for Splicer Isle are the monkeys, you have to pick the lock on the gate and go in and get a relationship of 30 or 50 (i forget which). Choose actions like Play, Scratch, or Pull Tail and then go talk to Futo Maki.
