Rotom>Ghost Electric (You can't catch it in the bushes, you have to do a "speecial" thing in game, NOT cheat cartridge or Wonderspot!)

P.S. If you don't know, a Uber pokemon is a legendary like Mew2, Mew, Dialga, all that stuff.
