to unlock the mystery box just in casse u dont know, you go to jublife city, then go2 the tv station3rd floor, and talk to the question guy,
say Everyone Happy to the first question and wifi connection to the second, save then turn it off, and you will have unlockled the mystery box, which has a few ways of obtaining it.

after that go south until you reach Pastoria and fight thee water gymleader.....

then go to the top of Pastoria and there is a team Galactic Grunt chase him but you have to fight him and your rival not together so be prepared good luck
