UP UP DOWN DOWN LEFT RIGHT LEFT RIGHT B A START
This can only be done once during game play to give you the maximum upgrade on weapons. If used more than once it'll kill you. Use on Normal or Hard, Easy already gives you maximum weapons. Tip: Have both weapons slots filled with a weapon before using this cheat.
