how to get manhattan cops: first, type in LAPC so you have all of emelio's cars,larry's cars, and keiko's cars then exit all screens so you're in the main menu.then choose arcade, choose new york,and choose head-to-head and finally......find a race that says "Smell bacon..." in the car menu, i prefer the jones j450 because it's fast. and now for the race.be careful 'cause the the traffic is... COPS!! +your worst enemies. when you finish, you unlock manhattan cop 1,2 and SUV. WHOOHOO!!! (WHEW) these cops are VROOM!!!!! REALLY FAST (100 MILES)
