Successfully complete the game and load the same file and play again. The new game will have more dinosaurs and alternate DNA particle locations.
Fast DNA rotation:
This trick is useful when at the DNA sequence once you get the Base DNA. If you are waiting for a hole in the DNA to slowly appear, rapidly press B until it is in shooting range.
