fight cooler(frieza's brother),first find all 7 naneks and head to the front of the capsle corp. once there do not go in,but go do the left until you see a ship with"CAOSULE 3 CORP.once there go inside and go to the door at the top of new namek. there is where cooler is whaiting to fight goku.

when ur super saiyan is almost over, like last 5 seconds, hold down your "a" button when its finished, regular player will glow. it is really cool
