Along with its companion title Bomberman Max 2: Red Advance, Bomberman Max 2: Blue Advance adds portable excitement to the Bomberman world. Both are sequels to last year's Bomberman Max. Playing as either Bomberman (Blue version) or Max (Red version), players must once again battle the infamous Hige Hige bandits, who have shrunk Bomberman and Max to the size of ants using their secret Mini Mini device. In order to return to their normal size, Bomberman and Max must drop bombs, complete puzzles, and destroy the devious shrinking device of their adversaries. Throughout the game, players collect, raise, and breed Charabom characters, then battle them against others by utilizing the Game Link cable. A huge adventure filled with more than 80 arenas, each loaded with enemies and challenges, Bomberman Max 2: Blue Advance lets you take on missions alone or with others via the link cable. You can join the fray with up to three friends. Players can also link the Red and Blue versions and unlock 20 hidden levels.
