on level 3-3 avoid having to gather the key by going through the normal door next to the locked one and carrying the jumping star to the top stand on his head and use super jump as he jumps you'll be on the other side of the locked door

this is the coolest secret yet!
in level 6-1, go into a vase and take a shell out, then throw it on the long ile of vases.
Lift the block (the one with the red guys in it) (just throw the shell somewhere else!)
the shell should be killing the red guys, first you'll get some points, then you'll get one ups for EVERY one you kill!!!! AWESOME!

For level 6-1, you have to get all of the A's, then go into the third vase (from RIGHT to LEFT) and you'll find the key.

If you need to jump high but you do not have the time, then hold B, go a little distance and jump. The faster the speed the higher you jump. Does not work if you're holding something.

When you jump on Mouser's head, carry the sunglasses from Mouser and throw them at Mouser. Reach to World 7-2 until you pick up Wart's crown and throw them at the shyguys.
