Ok the urn is in the sewer when you go down by imperial estates.
The helmet is in one of the yards by the general store across the street.
My question:
How do you get to paradise island without another gameboy advance???

I can't find the cliffs either. I thought they were the stair looking things that are by the Texas bull-riding place. But that's still blocked off.

How to ride the bull-
Just go to the Texas restaraunt that the bull-rider girl hangs out at a lot. It's next to the library. Make sure most of your health is up a lot and then ride the wooden bull. Don't press any buttons until you're done. I think your health needs to be fully up, so it may take a few tries if your health is low. I suggest going to the bathroom and eating and sitting before you ride the bull while you're there. Thanx!
