Okay, here are a few tips.
Doesn't matter what your party is. Just train.
I have Blaziken-100
Deoxys-100
Jirachi-100
Latios-100
Latias-100
Wailord(I can't spell that)- 50
To find Jirachi/Deoxys: The space station guy will ask you to go to the moon at launch 100. Say YES. You get the number up by how many WEEKS you have had a save game. 1 week - launch 1. 50 weeks - 50. It will be 4 weeks short of TWO years on a save game before you get to go.

Masterballs - You can get them when you win at the lilycove department store if your lottery numbers match your ID numbers.

Rare candy - There is one on the right near the top of Mt. Pyre. Use itemfinder.

No the mirage island isn't sky pillar. It appears when yuo have a MIRAGE SENSATIVE pokemon. Don't ask me because there is no way to tell if it's mirage sensative. Only wynauts can be caught there.

...I dunno if I left anything out. But feel free to ask.

I think if you keep the blue orb and take it to the man in Pacifidlog who watches for Mirage Island and bring him the orb and Kyorge you could maybe get to the island?

If you want your pokemon to level up faster then follow this cheat. First put the pokemon you want to level up in the daycare, you can 1-2 pokemon in the daycare at once. Then go to the dessert and there will be a mudslide, make sure you have the acro bike with you. Then when you see the mudslide, get on your acro bike and start going up the mudslide. Here comes the tricky part, you have to find someway to keep going up the hill while you sleep. If you do this, your pokemon will be at a higher level then before.

dark types are weak against fighting types. I would suggest a medicham or blaziken. double kick and sky uppercut are very effective. i would also suggest that when battling the elite 4 you have fast pokemon because if you can get in the first hit you are more successful. good luck :)

To catch Groudon youll need to go to Mt.Pyre and get the Red Orb from the old people at the top of the mountain. Then you have to go into the Cave of Origin at Sootopolis. If there is an old man blocking the cave, that means you haven't woken Groudon from the Seafloor Cavern at Route 128 by diving and beating Team Magma there. Once you have beat Team Magma, go back to Sootopolis Town. Go into the Cave of Origin and use flash. Go to the deepest part and Groudon will be there. Press 'A' in front of it or in fact, it should work out atomatically. If you do not have the red orb, i don't see how you got into the cave anyway.
@Proffesor Devon:
To beat the Pokemon league(or else Elite 4), you need to train your pokemon until every one is at least 45. Get ALOT OF HYPER POTIONS OR FULL RESTORE!! (Take some flutes if you want).

1st trainer: Sidney
He uses dark pokemon but i dont really think it has a weakness so you can attack its other weakness Eg. Sidney's Cacturne is also Grass type, so use Fire type against it.

2nd trainer: Phoebe
She uses Ghost pokemon, so Dark attacks would help. Beware her Bannete as it make your PP go down.

3rd trainer: Glacia
She uses Ice pokemon, but its better to use a STRONG electric pokemon.

4th trainer: Drake
He uses Dragon pokemon, so use another dragon pokemon or ice pokemon to beat him. That pokemon MUST be above lvl 50 if you want a no-fuss match.

Last trainer: Steven
He uses Steel pokemon generally, so use ground type and fire pokemon or you can say Groudon. Train Groudon to be Lvl 60 if you think you can do it, or else 55 at least.

Sigh... really are there some people who cannot find Rayquaza? Its simply at Sky Pillar, a place at the east of Pacifidilog Town(or wadever you call it) at the top. Just keep to the top and surf on. Then go to the path of water until you reach land. Sky Pillar should be there. Oh ya, you'll need to beat Elite 4 first.

HINT: Latios and Latias changes their spawn location everytime you change a route and they spawn frequently at the Desert, Fortree Long Grass or Ocean.

P.S.: I heard there are some gods and lords in this site?

Its actually very simple to get the 3 regis (regirock, regice, registeel) in BOTH pokemon ruby and sapphire. Youll need these pokemon in your party: Pokemon with Surf
Pokemon with Fly
Pokemon with Strength
Pokemon with Dig
Pokemon with Dive
#*Relicanth AND Wailord
#NOTE: If Wailord or Relicanth knows surf and dive, then you can fill up any other pokemon in your party.
*NOTE: Relicanth must be FIRST in party and Wailord LAST in party.

Now the technique. Get to Pacifidilog Town(or wadever u call it) and surf left. Some people would know that there is a small dive area among the currents. Whatever you do, try to get to the middle of the currents. It will take time, as i took a few hours to do it. :S Anyway once you get to the dive area (marked with 5 stones) and dive inside it. Move forward and you will see glowing dots on a wall. Go up to it and press B. You should be going back to the surface to surf. Move forward all the way. With my guide, you do not need to decipher the braile codings on the wall, but to make things simple, go to the middle of the wall at the back of the chamber and use Dig. You should unlock an entrance top go into another chamber. Go to the wall at the back of the other chamber and press A. If you had Relicanth as your 1st pokemon in party, and Wailord as your last, then you would suddenly hear an earthquake and 3 bangs. Congratulations! You have unlocked the 3 caves of the Regis! The locations are as shown: Regirock- Desert
Regice- Somewhere off Dewford Town
Registeel- Somewhere between Lilycove and Fortree(the raining area), but its closer to Lilycove i think.

ALL OF THE CAVES WHICH CONTAIN THEM IS MARKED WITH 5 STONES SURROUNDING A BIG ROCK IN THE FOLLOWING ORDER:

- + - + = BIG ROCK
- - - =SMALL ROCK

In every cave, you find the respective regi(regirock, regice or registeel) YET. You must unlock another chamber inside it. This is how:

For Regirock, youll have to start from the middle of the back wall. Move two steps right, two steps down and use Strength. Go into the next cave and youll find Regirock before you.

For Regice, unfortunately i forgot (sorry XD) BUT you can decipher the braile coding at the back of the chamber by going to this website: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Braille and scroll down to 'Writing braile'. After deciphering the code, and following its instructions, the door will open and Regice will be before you.


For Registeel, simply go to the middle of the chamber and use Fly. The door will open and Registeel will be before you.

To catch them, press A in fornt of them to engage a battle and catch them. Youll need many many ultra balls even after weakening but DONT USE A MASTER BALL. Its not worth it. Well, if you did some kind of cheat do get more master balls, then yeah, go ahead.

Hey Im New Here But im gonna teach you the best way for catching "FEEBAS" the weak and ugly pokemon who only knows Splash And Tackle heres the guide to catch FEEBAS AND EVOLVING it to a strong and very water pokemon called "MILOTIC". Its real that its hard to find Feebas but it only took 1 minute for me to catch 1 and its my first attempt and 3 mins for 7 feebas.
