to get kindra
the way to get kindra is by attaching a hold item called a dragon scale to sedra then trade him and to another game.
now the way to a dragon scale is either teach a pokemon thief or get a pokemon who learns either that or covet naturally and either fish for horsea at pacifidlog town or look for bagon in metor falls (i'd fish horsea as they are more common) then the pokemon with the move and what will happen is if if your pokemon steels a item off the wild one that item will be the dragon scale you need.
a bit of advice if you have emerald and a pokemon in it with abillity compound eye put him at the front of your party as you are then more likely to get a bagon or horsea holding the item.
