I have a cheat that might be useful to all of you.

When you visit Mossdeep City and collect the Beldum inside of Steven's house, walk out then walk back in! When you do, Steven will be there waiting to battle you! He has tough pokemon so watch out!!!! Here they are:

Aggron level 51
Skarmory level 48
Snurfle level 55
Cradily level 49
Zapdos level 47
Mawhile level 52

After you beat him, he wil give you a mystic scepter which is used to up Snurfle's attack.

get jirachi or deoxys

in pokemon ruby to get deoxys or jiachi go to the space station and talk to the guy who says " thats launch number" some number.when the numberis imbatween 58-96 the guy askes to go to the moon with him. say yes. you go to the moon and you will find deoxys. if the number is 100 or up you go to the moon to find jirachi.
isave your master balls. i dont know how to make the number go up, maby every time you save it or somthing.
