Here's my advice:
Kyogre: If you want to have sheer cold for emergencies I guess that's Ok, but I think ice beam works better. Thunder is better than thunderbolt on kyogre because Kyogre's ability means that thunder will hit 100% of the time, as long as it keeps raining.

Blaziken: Sky uppercut is better than double kick, but keeping it wouldn't be too bad. As for peck, I don't think that's a great choice. If you want a flying move, go for aerial ace. A good move for blaziken is earthquake.

Walrein: Ice beam is better than aurora beam, so it would be best to make the change. Ice ball is a good attack in my opinion. Hydro pump is good for power, but hail doesn't really do much, and I think surf would be better.

Swellow: I would suggest maybe endeavor or even hyper beam as a good finsher as opposed to wing attack.

Groudon: Should be OK

Pikachu: There isn't a very good movepool for pikachu. I usually like thunderbolt, but shock wave is reliable, so that's fine. Quick attack is good for finishing in certain cases. I think charge and shock wave would make a good combo!

I am having truble with sum cheats, people are telling me you need to beat the elite 4 to catch rayquaza but my friend caught him without beating the elite 4 is that possible? He couldn't beat the elite 4 until he caught rayquaza. Also, I heard this cheat about cloning pokemon, i'm following the steps 1 by 1 and I have tried it 5 times or more and it still hasen't worked. If you want I can give you the cheat so you can check it out yourselvs. Finaly, how do you trade with people in Fire red. My friend has it and I have the cord but it keeps saying "you are not able to trade with trainers in another reigon yet." please help me, Seth.

If you want a Jirichi you have to get one on mirage island whice is on route 130 and it it is only there sometimes it depends on the wheather.

To all of you:
*i know how to get jirachi and deoxy for real.
*i know how to get as-many-as-as-you-want master balls and rare candies.

Just follow the following:
1. to get jirachi you can do 2 things, either download it from any stuffs OR go where you find groudon(or kyogre in sapphire) and find the WISH TAG. then go to mossdeep city and press A in the white rock. jirachi will appear like latios but it wont travel it will just come out once so make sure you save it first(but after you obtain the wish tag)and thats it.remember jirachi is the only pokeon that can learn doom desire (imagine a future sight but steel type.
2. to get as-many-as-you-can master balls and rare candies do the ff.

in master ball you can try your luck in lottery in lilycove or save the first master ball you obtain in the hideout then give it to any of your pokemon then battle evry person who is rich like the lady cindy etc. then save it but when it says dont turn off, turn it off then turn it on and you will see in your bag you got it
P.S.: it only works on mirage pokemon like salamence.

to get many rare candies do the same thing like masterball. but remember the P.S. baby!

Jirachi and deoxys aren't even in pokemon ruby or sapphire if you could get them there'd be a space in the pokedex for them and is there a code for all pokemon on the xploder advance sp professional cheat system cartaridge???

Here are the answers to all the questions...

Mirage Island -
First catch Groudon Or Kyogre from the Cave of Orgin in Sootopolis, then you must go to Pacifidlog town (by completing the game) then talk to the old guy staring into his window (hes in the house in the bottom right corner) the mirage island appears at random times and days...to get there Surf Right to the town ONLY IF THE OLD MAN SAID HE CAN SEE IT! - on the mirage island you can find ONLY Wynauts ranging from level 5-50, and you can find the rarest and elusive berry The 'Enigma Berry' which increases ALL stats.

Jirachi and Deoxys -
These pokemon are impossible to catch, the only way to get them is by Official Nintendo Roadshows where you can upload these pokemon...Also you COULD use an action replay to get it BUT it can really mess up your game and corrupt it
