chance. But on floors B15F,B35F,B55F, and B75F,
there's a vast room (kind of like the effects of a one-room orb) ... with a monster house! Yes, that's right -20 to 40 pokemon appearing in the room.
But just use a petrify orb ... and head for the
stairs BEFORE it wears off.

I'm using VBA, so I saved the game and try to recruit him. That's too hard!! But, now I had Mew at my rescue Team!!
Hold a Friend Bow.. that's very important,
and be patient, again!!!

Have minimum Platinum Rank at your Rescue Team
You must at level 100
When do you want, use infinite health Gameshark so you can't be killed...
Steal from his shop: Get an items, then leave his shop and he will ask something. say No. And you'll
fight Kecleon!!!
Be patient. Yes, with Friend Bow, the chance is 0.1 % !!!!! I recruited him after killed Kecleon more than 30 !!!
