This is how to get to Giovanni in saffron city. First go to Silph Co. Then use the elevator and go to the 5th floor. Go to your left until u see a scientist. Go down and you will see a team rocket member. Go in the teleporter. Then go into that same teleporter again. You should be able to go to the right. There is a pokeball. In it, is the Card Key. Now that u have it, u can open up those grey doors! Now go to the 3rd floor. Go down and open the first door on the left. Go all the way left and you should see a teleporter. Go down and u should see a woman inbetween two beds. Talk to her and u will be healed. (Keep in mind u can go there whenever u want) Go back to the teleporter, go right, and go into the other teleporter. Make sure your pokemon are healed because when u go down u face your rival. If u beat him, talk to the other person in the room. He will give u a lapras! Finally, go into the other teleporter. Good luck! I am 12 and i am VERY experianced at pokemon. My team of pokemon that i used to beat the elite four was a level 99 Mewtwo that knew psychic, swift, Hyper Beam, and Double Team. A level 100 gengar that knew Shadow Ball, Sludge Bomb, hypnosis, and Dream Eater. A level 97 Raticate that knew Hyper Fang, Hyper Beam, Earthquake, and Slash. A level 100 Charizard that knew Blast Burn, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, and Slash. A level 98 Magnaton that knew Zap Cannon, Lock on, Hyper Beam, and thunder. And finally, a level 100 Ditto(use this pokemon on Lance)that knew, of course, transform. I guarantee this team will murder the elite 4!!!!

How 2 get the sapphire in firered or leafgreen:
1. Get the ruby and bring it 2 celio. This will unlock the sevvi islands.
2. Once in six island, go to the dotted hole. ( to find it, look on the town map)
3. There will be someone in the way. To move him, simply go 2 four island and help loreli defeat team rocket in the icefall cave.
4. if it fails, go 2 five island and go 2 rocket warehouse. Go 2 the door and press A. u will put in the 1st password.
5. Go back 2 six island and use cut on the door. inside, go into the hole and manuver through the cave untill u find the sapphire.
6. A guy will steal it at the last second and give u the 2nd password. Then he disappers.
7. Go back 2 the rocket warehouse and put the 2nd password in. Then, go in and manuver through the ware house until u get to the person. ( He is the farthest away from the door!)
8. Good luck and keep on leveling up your pokemon!

This is how to 4 5 6 and 7 islands. First u have to beat the elite four. Then talk to Celio on one island. Then go to Mt. Ember (same place where moltres is!)Defeat the rocket members and get the ruby that is inside the cave. Finally talk to Celio again. I hope this info helps!

after you beat the elite 4 go to oak with 60 pokemon in your pokedex, he will upgrade it to national pokedex. after this go to celio he will ask u for the ruby. then go to mt.ember and talk to the rockets. after u battle them you get inside the cave and find the ruby. after that celio will ask u for the sapphire.go to island 4 to icefall cave and battle the rockets. after this go to island 6 in ruin valley there will be a door with a code. cut the door and find the sapphire. then a scientist will take the sapphire from u. go to island 5 to the rocket warehouse and solve the arrow puzzle. you will now have a chance to get the sapphire back to give to celio.
