Get groudon:
To get groudon ur gonna have to beat the third gym and then go back to pallet town and talk to prof oak then go next door and talk to the guy at the table he says you can have a old pokemon of his and he gives you groudon lv.35
(note you can not do this after the fourth gym)

Update on getting the national dex. You have to beat the pokemon league, then talk to Oak. He congradulates you. Leave the building and go back in and talk to him again. He then gives you the national dex.

if you go to cinnibar island go to the gym it's locked but read the gym sign and then the door will open must be a glich in the game

Well unlike the rest of ya I got good info DEOXYS!!!!!! and no it doesnt require any thing.... Deoxys isnt a hacked now :) unlike in R and S well heres how ya get Deoxys

(1) Well you need to wait a while for the Auroa Ticket to get to 9 Island and a E rader card...

(2) Once you some how get the Ticket go to Vermilion (you know where i`m heading to dont ya?)

(3) take the ferry to Island 9

(4) Find the Triangle puzzle

(5) complete the Triangle puzzle

(6) Doexys will come from the sky at lvl 30

Well Doexys is number #386 of all pkmn and has 3 forms so far: Normal Defence and Attack the only way to change the form is to trade deoxys in R and S i think doexys will be in its normal form in FR Attack form and in LG Defence mode and I hear when Emerald gets here in 2005 March Deoxys will have a 4th form and I also hope 1 day there will be a Water Blue and a Eletric Yellow and EY would have the Pikachu addition ya remember from the founder game Yellow? Ohh and to get to Island 4 5 6 and 7 u gotta

(1) beat the Elite Four

(2) catch 60 pokemon

(3) Talk to Oak

(4) recive the RainBow Pass that goes to 1 2 3 4 5 6 and 7 island

(5) banish Team Rocket.... Again

(6) catch Moltres at Mt. Ember not Victory Road

(7) Get the Ruby and Sapphire on the islands

(8) after Celio (Bill`s friend) fixes the machine return to Vermilion

(9) prepare ur best pkmn for the finall match!!!

(10) go to Cerclean

(11) go up the bridge

(12) go down the water....

(13) enter the cave

(14) solve the puzzle

(15) catch Mewtwo

(16) if u think MewTwo is enough to beat the Elite four think again

(17) The Elite Four is harder and gets above lvl 70
(18) Train Train Train Train until all ur pkmn are above lvl 65

(19) Beat the Elite Four

(20) go to four Island

(21) find Loreleli`s house

(22) laugh t death at whats in the house

(23) after ur done laughing go to the house next to the Mart

(24) Do the boy`s thingys:
Max: Beat the Elite four 200, 100 , 1 time(s) to earn a sticker on ur Trainer Card on the what uve done side....

(25) beat the Elite four until 200 times Reached!!! The Ultimate Task for a Trainer

.... heh that was alot for saying how to get to 4 5 6 7 islands and PS u can find pokemon from Jhoto on Islands 4-7 ^_^ most can evolve.... dont forget 1 thing to beat the game and see and catch em all ya need Sapphire version Leaf Green Version Ruby and Coloseumm XDXDXD
