I would suggest training in either the pokemon league with an exp share if you are growing a pokmemon, or in the canyon on seven island. There is a house with the chansey guy, and 2 cooltrainers outside. Use your vs seeker!
I would suggest earthquake, cross chop, rock slide and flamethrower for a machamp!
