On pokemon ruby you can get up to 65 deoxys in box3 and box4 with this cheat

first get your action replay and at the very bottom of the cheat pokemon list theres deoxys click on that and start the game

in the first slot of the first box there will be
what looks like one deoxys but there are 65

I know you have all herd this but on silver you can get al three starters.First you start a new game and save right before you talk to prof.elm.Then you play the game as normal and catch another pok'emon.go put yore starter ln the PC and change boxes.When it says SAVING... turn it off.repeat with all starters. PS.you can also give a pok'e ball to the starter to do it faster.

PSS.only the last pok'emon starter will be in the pok'edex

I'm sorry to say that Lord Groudon hasn't been here for ages and isn't here at the moment, so i'll answer your questions.
1) This question is asked a lot. I'm sorry to say that the only way you can get Deoxys is by going to a nintendo event. You get a ticket and you are then able to travel to a secret island where you can catch Deoxys. There are different forms for leafgreen, firered and emerald (attack, defence and speed)

2) The secret to altering cave is supposed to have something to do with the E-reader. I think if you get the right cards, you are able to catch pokemon such as miltank and smeargle there.

3) I don't think anyone really knows this. There doesn't seem to be anything that happens once you catch them all (I have, but nothing happened). I'd really like to be able to tell you something really cool happens, but I can't.

4) It means you are really lucky. There is a shiny version of every pokemon, even legendaries. They are extremely rare, and there is only about a 1/8929 chance of actually finding one. I once found a shiny poochyena, and I have a shiny spearow on my leafgreen. There are a lot of people who collect shiny pokemon, but there is no real advantage of them except for bragging rights.

5) Once again, you can only get mew through going to a nintendo event and getting the old sea chart. You can only get it on emerald. You go to an island called 'faraway island' and you eventually battle mew at level 30 (once again, I have not done this).

6) Basically, you just get the pokemon diploma that says you have caught all the pokemon. There may be something else, as I have not completed the pokedex (only the hoenn and kanto, but on different games), but I don't think anything else happens.

7) I don't think so! It sounds like something that someone just decided to say to raise people's hopes on being able to catch legendaries. A lot of rumors are spread on cheat sites, but they do have good info. sometimes.
