If you have a Blaziken and you are struggling to kill Milotic tahat the Pike Queen has, teach your Blazikin how to do sunny day, solar beam, recover(you can get the TM in Ruby only), and duble team(optional). First use sunny day, then recover, solar beam, use recover again, and finally use solar beam. You should be able to kill Milotic.
