At the main menu press Left,Right,Up,Down,L,R in that order and hold start then press to acess the pick level menu.This allows you to choose a level on all Islands

left+right+up+down+A+A = all weapons
left+right+up+down+B+B = full health
left+right+up+down+A+L = full armor
left+right+up+down+B+R = toggle gang hostility
left+right+up+down+A+R = lower wanted level
left+right+up+down+R+A = raise wanted level
left+right+up+down+R+R = full or 0 wanted level
