You're missing two cheat codes in your list:
YAYA makes your car indestructible.
ABAB unlocks all of the bonus cars.
Also, you do not need to go all the way back to the options off the main menu in the Simpson's living room. You can enter the cheat codes during game play by hitting the start button to pull up the menu, selecting Options, and then entering the cheat codes in the resulting Options menu (you should see "Settings" and "Sound").
