GET A BLUE FLAME ON YOUR CHAO
if you give your chao a half-fish(you can find one on green forest behind the three boxes you see about half-way through the level)it will get a blue flame ball. it does not matter if your chao is a hero chao,
a dark chao or normal.p.s. if you give your chao any chaos drives the blue flame will go away.

give a normal chao(the ones out of the spotted eggs)
running chaos drives(the red ones)and flying chaos
drives(the purple ones)until both are somewhere around 7 or 10(just as long as there higher then all the other stats)and when it evolves it will have
blue hair with yellow hoops through it and a purple
belly outlined with blue.i did this with sonic so
it turned out as a hero chao,try doing it with shadow
and see what happens.have fun!

This is a great game and i have a good and fun cheat!
When in the baby garden go 2 the left side of the garden go 2 the cliffs where theinvisible wall and the left cliff meets. (U have to be sonic fo this to work though.) Jump at the invisible wall keep doing that until u hit a certian spot. If u do sonic will go flying out of the garden and above the ocean! Sonic will double then if u go twords the clouds u will eventuly be out of the garden compleatly!!
If u want to go back find the garden out line and fly 2 it. But hurry your chao will sink into the ground! some times u can just pick them out, or dig em ut with Knuckles U can also just exit that garden and go back in. this cheat works with shadow also.

I have discovered a really great cheat!

I can tell you how to get free eggs, free fruit, free helmets and hats AND I know how to to double your chao!

the double chao cheat is the key to all the others so read carefully.

to double your chao you need two memory cards. first load your file and go to chao world and then chao garden, now TAKE OUT YOUR MEMORY CARD and go on the chao transporter (the giant gameboy advance) and select MOVE then on the left select your chao and on the right select an empty space and click on the double arrow thing it will then say saving file... file not saved.

this means it has saved memory card 2 receving the chao but hasn't saved memory card 1 releasing the chao.

now PUT YOUR MEMORY CARD BACK IN and go back on the chao transporter select MOVE again and get your chao back from memory card 2.

you should now have two of the same chao.

to get free head gear and fruit simply get lots of rings and buy what you need then feed or give it to your chao and do the same cheat above but after you send your chao turn off your gamecube and load your file again.

this also works with eggs.

Re-Use animals in Chao Garden
Use this trick to easily level up Chao:

1. Get an animal with the desired trait/Properties/whatever.

2. Take the Chao you wish to level up to the hero garden, and place it next to a fallen pillar, or take it to the dark garden and place it next to a tombstone.

3. Get a few steps away from the chao, face it, and drop the animal. If you did it right, the Chao will get the gains of the animal, but the animal can be picked up again. Repeat as many times as desired to max out a Chao's levels.

Infinite Ring Trick
Here is a great way to get infinite rings. Follow these steps carefully.

1. Buy any item (as expensive as you can afford)
2. Drop it in the garden.
3. Leave Chao World and Save.

Repeat Steps 4 through 6 until you're satisfied with your ring amount.

4. Go back to Chao World and get your item.
5. Take it to the Black Market and sell it.
6. Now reset your game by pressing X, B, and Start at the same time. The next time you enter the garden, the item will be there again.

Past the Level Boundary - Chao Garden
While in the normal Chao Garden with either Sonic or Shadow, walk up to the left corner where the grass becomes rock (the one with the pond and waterfall), and start homing attacking that corner repeatedly. You will eventually leave the Chao Garden, and Sonic/Shadow will be flying above the water in the falling pose with a copy of him above him. You can now him him around, and even leave the entire Chao Garden. When you leave the area, everything will turn black and purple. To return to normal, either exit, or move back against the Chao Garden.

Guaranteed 'A' rank
An alternate way to get an 'A' rank on each stage is to collect every ring in it. It should say 'Perfect' next to your ring count at the end of the level and you will have an 'A' rank.

Chaos Chao
To get a Chaos Chao you must first have your chao reincarnate twice. Then in its third life while its a child give it one of every 21 kinds of animals. Only one of the same animal and dont give it drives then have the alignment to what you want it to be. For a Hero Chaos Chao make its alignment hero for Nuetral Chaos Chao make its alignment Nuetral. For a Dark Chaos Chao make its alignment dark. Then wait for you chao to evolve and a Chaos chao will come out of the Caccoon

Big the Cat
If you press and hold B while a cutscene loads, Big will be seen somewhere in it, though he won't be in all of them.

How do you unlock Kart Race in 2P mode? 
Kart Race is available in the 2P mode after Rouge successfully completes chase the Tornado in Stage 10 (Dark), and Tails completes the chase the President's Limousine in Stage 9 (Hero), on the same file.
