To get the money cheat you have to enable the cheat gnome which is down, L, Z, R, left, x during gameplay. For the money cheat press down, R, L, Z, right, left, B. Do this during gameplay too. It will work and I tested it about 50 times.

First, Go to the house wher Macolm Steals the Heart Tub and Heart Bed and unlock the Polor Bear Rug. Then Place one down in any house and relax on it. Then get somebody that you love and make them join you. They should be over 100% in how much they like you! I got Mimi up to 103%
