To purify Shadow lugia all you have to do is get all sets to max tempo and place shadow lugia in any one of them and viola purified lugia

note you dont have to have all shadow pokemon to do this

you can catch Bonsly but you cant keep it . once you find him in the ship it runs. well ok once you get all the pok'e spots open put as much food on them as you can eventualy you will find hi eating it might take a while but you'll get him eventualy. when you take him back to the person looking for him thay will give you a special bonsly card to yous at pok'emon bingo or what ever it's called.

You may or may not know this but if you evolve your Eevee at the beginning into a Jolteon, catch the Spearow (shadow of course) at the Cipher Key lair (I think that's where it is) purify it, evolve it into Fearow. Let Jolteon learn thunder wave and Fearow learn False swipe, which leaves your opponent's shadow pokemon with only 1HP at least (you may have to use this several times depending on the pokemon you're catching, and it's level)and always 1HP, it makes it a heck of alot easier to catch them (use the master ball on Lugia because it will inflict severe damage on your other pokemon if given the chance and you can't recover your pokemon's HP or PP) your pokemon must be at least level 50 to catch the Cipher key pokemon, but I suppose it doesn't really matter, it leaves your opponent with at least 1HP either way.
